This weekend we had a family getaway to South Tyrol, having the chance to recharge in the Alpine mountains.

Obviously, we decided to ignore the rainy forecast and head to the nearest hiking area around Hafling/Avelengo, where we found this beautiful trail heading to Vöraner Alm — a managed alpine pasture with a guesthouse that lies at 1875 metres.

Totally worth it.
